Welcome to the Ridge Valley Ranch, located in the Pine Ridge Ranch development, Concho, Arizona!
Ridge Valley Ranch is a 36+ acre parcel in Concho, AZ, just outside of Show Low.
The land was purchased for our personal, off-grid use, but we also decided to share the camping and hiking options with others.
The property is a rectangular shape oriented east-west. The road to the property is on the west side. As you go east on the property, there is a slight slope for the first 1500′, then the property starts sloping more. The last 200′ drops 60′!
The land is on top of a former lava flow, so there is a lot of basalt. The land is covered with grass and isn’t weedy. The dominant tree is the juniper, followed by the pinyon pine and various bush species.
Since purchasing the land, we have been working on making the property more usable and appealing to campers and hikers.
The property now features a long gravel driveway, providing access to the back of the property, closer to the views. We have cleared a large camping spot suitable for small or large rigs. There is ample free firewood available for gathering on the property.
